Description

Armenian Cucumber is a favorite that has been cultivated for hundreds of years! Heavily ribbed and up to 20″ inches long, it can be grown on any trellis or fence.

Suggested Planting Requirements: Plant cucumbers in small 2’ high/2’ diameter mounds with plenty of added organic matter. Sow 6-7 seeds per mound. Once the seedlings sprout, thin to the 3 best vines. Plants can be potted and/or trellised and/or left to sprawl on the ground.

Growing Recommendations: In cool regions, start seeds indoors 10-14 days before the last frost or sow seeds directly when the soil is at least 70°F.

Harvesting & Storage: Harvest when the fruit is small to medium-sized for best flavor. Harvesting fruit as it ripens will keep the vines productive. Store in a cool place.
